American bakeries range from wholesale operations that supply restaurants to neighborhood shops that sell bread, pastries, cookies and cakes over the counter, and many of them also pour coffee. Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Ice cream parlors, gelato shops and frozen yogurt bars are seasonal in the northern states and year-round in the South and on the West Coast. Prices are posted per item, by the dozen or by the pound, and most shops now take cards and mobile payment.

The ice cream is very good, they have some unique flavors. On the downside, it's small, seating is really.only outside, and is pretty expensive. My ice cream cone was over $10. Don't get me wrong, the ice cream is very good, I'm just not sure it's $10 good. Would be 5 stars if the non-ice cream issues were better.

Andiaโ€™s is excellentโ€”theyโ€™re the number 1 ice cream shop in the Triangle area. Their flavors are fun and exciting. I got a chocolate brownie batter ice cream and my company got scoops of the nutty bunch flavors. They have fun, seasonal flavors that change by the month. They give free sprinkles and have scrumptious waffle conesโ€ฆ 10/10 recommend!

We loved Andiaโ€™s! Our child has egg & peanut allergies so we have to choose ice cream shops carefullyโ€ฆ so thankful for their allergy protocol that allowed us all to enjoy. Really fun flavors, well staffed and friendly. Weโ€™ll be back!

There is a reason this place is nationally awarded, and I couldn't agree more! Every single flavor we tried was incredibly good. A double scoop runs around $9, which is totally worth it for the quality and generous portions. I love that they are always introducing new flavors to keep things exciting, and the shop itself is always clean and fresh. Highly recommend!

On Feb 14th we were back at our favorite Andias again. This time we ordered a flight and their Valentine's special heart-shaped flight with slightly bigger scoops.. because... why not? We mixed some old favorites with a few new flavors. The dark chocolate raspberry was SO good. Chocolate lovers, you need to try this one! Our forever favorites are still bakhlawa (with those bakhlawa bites ) and rose pistachio - the rose essence is just perfect, not overpowering at all. Tried one new flavor "UBE" for the first time too. I think it was made with coconut milk and I really liked it! Always fun discovering new favorites. Service was amazing and super patient. They happily let you try different flavors before you pick your final perfect cup which I always appreciate because choosing is hard They even changed up their decor for the February LOVE vibe and updated the menu colors. Super cute touch. They do have milkshakes, but I'm not ready for that many calories in one go yet! Maybe one day when my mind (and cravings) say yes lol.
